NORRISTOWN — The couples were courting love and some Montgomery County Court judges were happy to play Cupid, helping those partners commit to marriage on Valentine’s Day. “The love shack is back,” Montgomery County Judge Risa Vetri Ferman proudly declared as she opened the doors to her courtroom on Friday for 18 couples who tied the knot on the day set aside to celebrate love.
